Eric L. Lang

Eric L. Lang, DO – is a medical doctor, business owner and the principal partner for CereBlue.

Dr. Lang graduated from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981. He has been in clinical medical practice since 1984 and was affiliated with the Temple University Health System until his move to Melbourne, Florida in 2006 where he specializes in Internal Medicine – Geriatrics; with patients having memory and cognition problems. In addition Dr. Lang is certified in Buprenorphine prescription for treatment of opiate addiction.

The passion to help others continues to drive Dr. Lang to train and inspire the next generation of doctors by participating in the clinical training of third year medical students who rotate with him in his office and on hospital rounds. These same attributes are also exemplified by his participation in Remote Area Medical; an organization providing free medical care to indigent people nationwide.

When not at the office with Max the Shih Tzu who accompanies him to work every day or spending time with his family, Dr. Lang can be found playing bass guitar in his rock band, doing electric guitar construction or working on restoration of his classic car collection.

Dr. Eric Lang is affiliated with Wuesthoff Medical Center Melbourne.



Diahn Clark

Diahn Clark – a business owner, pharmacist and licensed Florida attorney is a principal partner for CereBlue.

After graduating in 1993, from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia, she worked in a variety of practice settings and then went on to further her education at Stetson Law School. Upon graduation in 2001, she practiced primarily in the field of intellectual property with clients like Choppers Inc. and Miami Ink as seen on The Discovery Channel. Presently, she owns an independent compounding pharmacy business that specializes in custom tailored anti-aging and dermatological therapies.

As an avid cyclist, runner, and swimmer, she applies the same focused drive and ambition required to successfully compete in athletic events, to owning Suntree Pharmacy and creating BalAge Rx, where she consults online with practitioners and patients about how Suntree Pharmacy can provide compound prescription solutions to their dermatological and hormone replacement therapy needs.

The partnership with Dr. Lang on CereBlue is a natural progression because it presents an opportunity to collaborate with a leading authority on anti-aging, to improve and slow disease progress.



Feryn Lang

Feryn Lang – RN, MSN has an extensive career in adult health comprised of leadership and educational roles in skilled nursing, home care, hospitals and assisted living facilities.

She received her nursing diploma from St. Peter’s Medical Center in New Jersey in 1981 and returned college to advance her education receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, summa cum laude in 2002 and Master of Science in Nursing as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist in 2004.

Feryn is certified in dementia care and has often volunteered in her community to support individuals and families suffering from this disabling disease process. Throughout her career she has been a dedicated advocate for seniors and passionately facilitated best practice standards in the care of the older adult.
